Happiness is not just a feeling, it’s a skill you practice.

As with any skill, practice makes progress. Here are some ways to flex your happiness “muscles”:

Self Care. (I’m sure you know, but it bears repeating, is not selfish): taking a moment, hour, day, week… to fill yourself up allows you to spread your sparkly energy to the world.

Be Kind with Intention. Say kind things. Do kind things. Support others. Without expectations.

Connect to the Bigger “Why?”: our beliefs lead our values, and following those with intention connect us to our purpose; something that is bigger than ourselves.
