About me

I attended Western States Chiropractic College (WSCC) in Portland for my Chiropractic Degree. After graduation in 1999, I went into solo practice in Lake Oswego and I also continued assisting part time at WSCC in the Adjusting Technique labs. I am also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). Teaching and getting certified as a Sports Chiropractor helped to focus my chiropractic philosophy and practice of how the body functions will lead to overall health.

Over the 14 years in private practice in Oregon and British Columbia I have continued my education, with further training in chiropractic manual techniques, lower force chiropractic Activator Method ™, soft tissue techniques (like Graston™, IASTM ™), Craniosacral, and exercise therapy. All of these give me a broad set of options with which to choose the best route for you on your path to health.

Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, my family and I now call Portland and the Sellwood/Moreland neighborhood home. We love all that it has to offer, and when not practicing chiropractic you’ll often find us strolling the neighborhood, and exploring the many parks and great restaurants the area has to offer.
