Recipe of the Month -Roasted Cruciferous Vegetables with Garlic, Rosemary and Sesame

Chop up your favorite cruciferous vegetables including: cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts and the like.  Lightly oil the vegetables in olive, sesame or grapeseed oil.


Place the veg on a baking sheet and then into the oven.  Keep an eye on them!


While you are watchfully waiting, finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic and a bunch of rosemary (to your taste).

Once the veggies are done, sprinkle the garlic, rosemary and sesame seeds over the top.


Serve with bulgur, kamut, freekah (a fave) or whole wheat pasta /     zoodles.  Or skip the carbs and serve salong side your meat course.
